The roadmap makes it possible to realize your concrete plan on the way to your purchasing of the future. In it, we define a compact catalog of measures with you in order to translate the strategy approaches into concrete projects. In this process, the fields of action are prioritized and classified in terms of time. In addition, we identify exactly which measures need to be taken in the topic areas named in the transformation circle and what mutual dependencies exist.
