"Science based – Practice driven"

Scientific research is an important source for innovation and for analyzing the impact of disruptive global changes on society and the economy. TALENT-net therefore actively initiates research projects and master theses with leading universities in the field of purchasing, supply chain and HR.

In the “Purchasing of the Future” think tank founded with the University of St. Gallen, for example, we work together with well-known companies to develop solutions for current, cross-industry issues. See more about this in our joint video with the HSG.

Knowledge - Innovation - Networks

Expertise in all scientific disciplines is growing rapidly. Innovation today requires the collaboration of numerous specialists. For example, our research project with the Rheinische Fachhochschule in Cologne on the subject of competence management involved more than 200 experts from a wide range of industries.

Bringing people and companies together to share experiences and propagate new ideas is part of our business philosophy. We are convinced “networkers” and ourselves work closely with network partners who match us in terms of professionalism and customer orientation.
